If you refer to the packages available from http://neuro.debian.net then
the only reason is that I haven't done it yet -- but did it now.

If you refer to the Ubuntu archive itself, then the reason is that the
fsldata source package is about 1.2GB in size, neither the Debian nor
the Ubuntu archive are yet happy to handle such packages. However, that
might change in the not so far future...
