Hello maintainer,

I am rejecting statsmodels.  Because the files seem to carry a BSD license, all copyright holders must be listed in debian/copyright.  Many of the datasets seem to be Copyright 2007 David Cournapeau and some of the docs are Copyright 2008 Stefan van der Walt.

There may be others, I stopped checking here.
