Little update -- we kinda deprecated rpy dependency in favor of rpy2.
glmnet and lars seems to be working (more or less since some
parametrizations of lars fail to provide reasonable results and I've not
looked into "why").  enet was refactored but it seems never to produce
meaningful results with default parametrization so it was excluded from
warehouse as well.

Moreover, to support both released rpy2 2.0.8 and in-development 2.1.x
which has drastic number of API changes we have now
mvpa.support.rpy2_addons defining two helper functions ;)
