[Pkg-fcoe-general] Bug#796609: fcoe-utils: Has init script in runlevel S but no matching service file

Hi,

We have made a package from fcoe-utils source version 1.0.31 which fix 
init bug :

Tested on HP 465c G8 on Ethernet controller: Broadcom Limited BCM57840 
NetXtreme II 10/20-Gigabit Ethernet (rev 11) in HP C7000 enclosure with
HP VC FlexFabric-20/40 F8 Module

Any Debian maintainer or developer would like to verify and push this 
into stretch ?
