[Pkg-fdt-tools-team] Moving packages to collab-maint (and removing tt*parsers)

Hi Michael, hi Martin,

as there was no team activity anyway, I will move all packages
related to Formal Description Techniques to the collab-maint
group. I will not include the packages ttthreeparser and
ttcn3parser in the transition, but ask for removal. Both are out
of date in respect to the ETSI standards and not maintained.
pkg-fdt-tools can be removed later from alioth.
