[Pkg-fedora-ds-maintainers] please help 389 initial configuration

Good night,

i´m writing because i´m following the instruction on the web page about
installing 389-fds on debian

http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Debian389DSPackaging

 and i´m stuck on this point.


Building the Directory Server

*svrcore*

   -

   $ svn co svn+ssh://<username>@svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-fedora-ds/svrcore
   -

   $ cd svrcore/trunk


   - $ svn-buildpackage --svn-download-orig -us -uc -rfakeroot

I can not pass this point please help .... I really need to get this going
on ... i have chack it and i have internet connection and i can reach the
machine by doing a ping  but whe i try to run the command show above i keep
having the same result.

any idea. can i rtun this diferently
