[Pkg-fedora-ds-maintainers] Reason of unstable status of one package

Hello maintainers,

I am working on project to migrate our ldap service on Debian 7. I would
like to know the reason for the unstable status of the 389-ds-base
package to help me in my decisions in this project for my company. Is it
because this package is not ready for production or another reasons ? Do
you have an estimate date of change of status of this package in
testing/stable ?
