Package: fetchmail
Version: 6.2.4-4
Severity: normal
Trying to --configdump while a fetchmail daemon is running in the background
only gives the builtin config.
The problem is fetchmail.c:259 in 6.2.4-4:
if (!quitmode && !pid)
implicitmode =3D load_params(...)
=20
which means it skips loading the config when --quit is given *or* another
fetchmail is running.
I tend to think adding a || configdump to the above should suffice, but I'm
not 100% sure.

Hi,
this was caused by a debian specific patch by an old version
of the package. This patch is not included anymore so this
is fixed in the latest upload and it works now!
Thanks for reporting this issue!
Regards Nico
