Package: fetchmail
Version: 6.2.5-7
Severity: normal

Hello,

While fetching mail, I started getting a nice, nostalgic error message
which made me remind of the good, old, glorious Windows times:

[while fetching mail...]
.............................................................................. flushed
fetchmail: Query status=24

Now, "Query status=24" means to me *absolutely nothing*. It doesn't
tell if the mail has been delivered or not, it doesn't tell what
happens, it doesn't tell what I should do.

I suggest the message gets changed by something a bit more clueful. If
it's not possible, then the message should probably be: "Unhandled error
occurred; this may be the program: please report to xxx at xxx.xxx,
including the information 'Query status=24'".

Bye,

Enrico
