Yes, ofcourse, that i know - but it doesn't solve the other errors shown in 
the original bug report:

chown: cannot access `/etc/fetchmailrc': No such file or directory
run-parts: /etc/resolvconf/update-libc.d/fetchmail exited with return code 1
run-parts: /etc/resolvconf/update.d/libc exited with return code 1

and it was those that I was originally referring to. I have no problem with a 
clean 'cannot start' thing, but the above seem like an error.
