[pkg-fetchmail-maint] Patch for fetchmail

Hi,

I made some changes in the fetchmail man page (escaped the minus signs
so you can do a copy & paste).
I'm not to use to work with svn package maintenance.
How do I convert the svn diff into a dpatch file?
Any help or a link to some doc about it would be really apreciated.
