fetchmail-common 5.9.11-6.3 doesn't come from the Debian archive; you seem
to have a locally installed version that doesn't match anything Debian is
currently distributing.

You also appear to be trying to install a version of fetchmail-ssl from
woody.  You are strongly encouraged to upgrade to sarge as soon as possible,
as woody will only receive security support from Debian for the next seven
months or so.
