[pkg-fetchmail-maint] About the BTS

Hi,

Just to remember that the mails sended to the BTS to add/remove/modify
tags must end with a thanks (by itself at the begining of the line) to
make the system stop processing.
I have seen a few lately where this was missing, and the system keeps
processing and giving errors on the rest of the mail, where the reason
of the action is explained.
