[pkg-fetchmail-maint] Bug#356675: fetchmail: important info now missing from logs

I track testing.  When passing from 6.3.1 to 6.3.2, fetchmail stopped
logging like this:

fetchmail: sleeping at Thu Feb  2 20:01:21 2006

fetchmail: sleeping at Thu Feb  2 20:01:33 2006
fetchmail: awakened at Thu Feb  2 20:01:42 2006
fetchmail: sleeping at Thu Feb  2 20:01:45 2006
fetchmail: awakened at Thu Feb  2 20:01:55 2006
fetchmail: 1 message for pot at pop.isti.cnr.it (4841 octets).
fetchmail: reading message pot at pop.isti.cnr.it:1 of 1 (4841 octets) fetchmail:  flushed
fetchmail: sleeping at Thu Feb  2 20:01:58 2006


and started logging like this:

fetchmail: starting fetchmail 6.3.2 daemon 
fetchmail: 1 message for pot at pop.isti.cnr.it (2720 octets).
fetchmail: reading message pot at pop.isti.cnr.it:1 of 1 (2720 octets) fetchmail:  flushed
fetchmail: 1 message for pot at pop.isti.cnr.it (2857 octets).

fetchmail: 1 message for pot at pop.isti.cnr.it (12138 octets).
fetchmail: reading message pot at pop.isti.cnr.it:1 of 1 (12138 octets) fetchmail:  flushed
fetchmail: 1 message for pot at pop.isti.cnr.it (6759 octets).


That is, the time and date of getting mail is missing, and moreover the
attempts of getting mail that result in no mail available are not logged
any more.  This is important to me, because the old behavior allowed me
to quickly locate problems, while the current log style does not.
