[pkg-fetchmail-maint] Bug#368126: fetchmail --disable-so-strict-checking

I can still get my mail, but now even in addition to
Server CommonName mismatch: secure.bla.net != nurd.bla.net
I also see
Server certificate verification error: self signed certificate
Server certificate verification error: certificate has expired
I wonder how I can stop seeing such disturbing messages.

Let's assume the machine I'm talking too is happy with their
configuration, and I just want not to waste cycles checking so
assiduously.
