[pkg-fetchmail-maint] Bug#398160: No colon in fetchmail init-script message

When I started fetchmail, the status message did not seem to conform
to policy section 9.4.

> If the script starts one or more daemons, the output should look like
> this (a single line, no leading spaces):
> 
>      Starting description: daemon-1 ... daemon-n

What happened:

stefans:/etc/exim4# /etc/init.d/fetchmail start
Starting mail retriever agent fetchmail.

Note the lack of a colon.
