[pkg-fetchmail-maint] Bug#389164: fetchmailconf: not installable in sid

Shouldn't a "Depends: fetchmail (= ${source:Version}), ..." (instead of
the "Depends: fetchmail (= ${Source-Version})" solve these kind of bugs?
