;) I read the manpage before replying, it just says:

|        its meaning is different from its function, please use the source:Version or binary:Ver- |
|        sion as appropriate.                                                                     |

His mail only describes when to use binary:Version and when source:Version but
not why not using Source-Version.
Anyway it seems you are right and svn changelog looks like:
