Hi,
That is very very strange, I tried to reproduce this in my
etch chroot but it doesn't work:
nion at bone:~$ cat .fetchmailrc
set no bouncemail
set syslog
poll m2a2.dyndns.org proto POP3
user "xxxxxxxx" pass "xxxxxxxx"
ssl
fetchall
nion at bone:~$ fetchmail -vvvvv --nosyslog
fetchmail: 6.3.6 querying m2a2.dyndns.org (protocol POP3) at Sat May 19 16:49:06 2007: poll started
Trying to connect to 80.145.42.59/995...connection failed.
fetchmail: connection to m2a2.dyndns.org:pop3s [80.145.42.59/995] failed: No route to host.

fetchmail: 6.3.6 querying m2a2.dyndns.org (protocol POP3) at Sat May 19 16:49:06 2007: poll completed
fetchmail: Query status=2 (SOCKET)
fetchmail: Deleting fetchids file.
fetchmail: normal termination, status 2
fetchmail: Deleting fetchids file.
nion at bone:~$ apt-cache policy fetchmail
cat /etc/debian_versionfetchmail:
Installed: 6.3.6-1
Candidate: 6.3.6-1
Version table:
*** 6.3.6-1 0
500 http://ftp.de.debian.org etch/main Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
nion at bone:~$ cat /etc/debian_version
4.0
So please give more information on how to reproduce this or I'll close this
bug in two weeks.
Kind regards
Nico
