After a couple of hours browsing the fetchmail code I found, that
timeout value is common for IMAP & SMTP! Grrr, the global variable
mytimeout is initialized from ctl->server.timeout, and mytimeout is used
in SMTP_ok() in smtp.c too. So the value of timeout per protocol
(timeout 30 in my fetchmailrc) I assumed to belong to IMAP protocol is
used also on SMTP sink side. Can't understand my blindness...

All of this was my fault, SORRY!
