[pkg-fetchmail-maint] Bug#587855: fetchmail: upgrade fails in postinst

Version: 6.3.17-3

The postinst fails on update-rc.d fetchmail remove
with
update-rc.d: /etc/init.d/fetchmail exists during rc.d purge (use -f to force) 

If it did work, the removal and reinstallation of rc.d
links on upgrade would not preserve local modifications,
which also seems bad.
