[pkg-fetchmail-maint] Bug#587902: fetchmail: fails to configure: /etc/init.d/fetchmail still exist

Package: fetchmail
Version: 6.3.17-3
Severity: important

If file-rc is being used, fetchmail's postinst fails:

# dpkg --configure -a
Setting up fetchmail (6.3.17-3) ...
update-rc.d: warning /etc/init.d/fetchmail still exist. Terminating
dpkg: error processing fetchmail (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
  fetchmail

This is because the postinst script calls "update-rc.d remove"; however
according to update-rc.d manpages (both coming from sysv-init and
file-rc), "the script must have been deleted already - update-rc.d
checks for this".
