I'd guess postfix doesn't register itself as providing
$mail-transport-agent. You can check /etc/insserv.conf*
for a definition of $mail-transport-agent. If there's none, you should
probably reassign this bug to postfix.
And, of course, you can add a new file in /etc/insserv.conf.d/ stating
| $mail-transport-agent +postfix
and see if that fixes it for you. :)
