[pkg-fetchmail-maint] Bug#694048: systemd: Fetchmail restart failed

Hello,

same problem here with systemd:
Nov  3 14:26:07 wolfmailserver fetchmail[22144]: Stopping mail retriever
agent: fetchmail.
Nov  3 14:26:07 wolfmailserver fetchmail[20613]: beendet mit Signal 15
Nov  3 14:26:07 wolfmailserver fetchmail[22152]: fetchmail already started;
not starting. ... failed!

fetchmail                         6.3.26-1+b1                  amd64

And sometimes I did not notice it immediately :(
Patch would be great.
