Hi.

There are some problems with debian/copyright
(as identified by ftptrainee Barry deFreese):

* simgear/screen/extensions.*: Differing license needs be added to
  debian/copyright
* simgear/screen/texture.*: The license does not explicetly allow modification,
  only redistribution. A clarification would be good.
* Many copyright holders are not mentioned in debian/copyright, please add
  them.
