[pkg-fgfs-crew] Some ideas for the packaging of the next FlightGear release

Sorry to disappoint. Looking back on this, I can see how you could be
annoyed. When writing the email, I was just trying to explain my
position, I assumed (incorrectly) that you would not have the time to
package 2.4.0. I also wanted to get across that I could not be
depended on to fix this issue at least in the short to medium terms. I
did not intend to either keep you in the dark, or go behind you back
on this, even though my email on the subject of the removal of
FlightGear did make it look like this was the case.
