Package: simgear-dev
Version: 2.4.0-1.1
Severity: serious

Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'squeeze'.
It installed fine in 'squeeze', then the upgrade to 'wheezy' fails.

>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

1m12.8s DEBUG: Starting command: ['chroot', '/tmp/piupartss/tmpG5GLce', 'apt-get', '-yf', 'dist-upgrade']
2m20.6s DUMP:
  Reading package lists...
  Building dependency tree...
  Reading state information...
  The following packages will be REMOVED:
    libsdl1.2debian-alsa
  The following NEW packages will be installed:
[...]
  The following packages have been kept back:
    libopenscenegraph-dev simgear-dev

That should not have happened.

The upgrade scenario is
* create minimal squeeze chroot without Recommends
* install simgear-dev
* distupgrade to testing

cheers,

Andreas
