Further more, a simple recompilation might not be enough or rather
worsens the problem, because if we link against the .99 libraries, we
need run into the same issue as soon as 3.2.0 is out.

(The problem is that openscenegraph's rc libraries are not compatible to
the release ones. They change their major from 99 to 100...)

I think flightgear (and simgear) should better Break against 3.2.0~rc1
and be compiled against 3.2.0. Unfortunately, that's not in the archive,
yet, and I didn't get no answer from the openscenegraph, yet. But their
git repo is up to 3.2.0. I'm just not sure what holds the back from an
upload.

Put another way: this effectively is an issue with openscenegraph.
Please fix that, rather than NMU flightgear (and simgear).
