I am afraid it is time to update your debian/copyright
Please add the licenses of:
   simgear-3.0.0\3rdparty\expat\*
   simgear-3.0.0\simgear\io\* (some files are GPL2+ instead of LGPL)
   simgear-3.0.0\simgear\package\unzip.* (and other files belonging to unzip)
   simgear-3.0.0\simgear\package\md5.*
