The openscenegraph and simgear packages have been decrufted.

Note that while flightgear was uploaded, it now has an unsatisfiable
dependency on flightgear-data (>= 3.0.0~).  Once that is fixed and
assuming flightgear + fgrun finishes building (successfully) on the
remaining architectures, we should be seeing flightgear and fgrun in
testing soon.
