I'm unclear on why this package (still) gets rejected. We had the same
issue with 2.10 and 2.12.

Scott so far sponsored uploads of flightgear-data. And since 2.10,
uploaded September last year, that package replaces all of fgfs-base.
Why is fgfs-base still blocking DM uploads of flightgear-data?

Thanks for clarification.
