[pkg-fgfs-crew] New FGo Release

I have now uploaded a package for the new release to the Debian Mentors
site [1].

This should correctly incorporate all of the patches in the BTS
(thanks), and some other small changes. This release also changes the
maintainer from myself, to the team, as this better matches the other
FlightGear related packages.
