In unstable, yes (with a dep-wait on mips, as openscenegraph isn't built
there yet).

After doing that, I suggest uploading flightgear with the fix for
#750939 and requesting an unblock.

Also don't forget #766251 in flightgear-data (yes, needing to upload
~1GB for a one-line fix is a pain, but it's RC so it has to be done).
Upstream's translation update
(https://gitorious.org/fg/fgdata/commit/1da6f87557f655047391161d529faea4930eacde)
can also be included as those are explicitly allowed in freeze, but
_not_ their other bug fix.

BinNMUs are possible in experimental, but given that we have planned
changes in Alioth, if we're going to bother at all I'd make it a
sourceful upload.

The experimental (3.2) packages also have some missing dependencies:
-openscenegraph requirement is now >=3.2.0~ for both simgear and flightgear
-flightgear should also depend on flite1-dev, libhtsengine-dev (it's
currently using their embedded copies)
