Control: tags -1 upstream Confirmed; I also get it at KSFO (but only with Terrasync enabled), but not everywhere. Upstream bug https://code.google.com/p/flightgear-bugs/issues/detail?id=1556 appears to be the same issue, but they don't have a fix either.
