[pkg-fgfs-crew] flightgear: Final uploads before freeze

No: urgencies have been ignored since 5 Oct, and it's already been 
stated on debian-release that "I'm not available on the last day" is not 
a valid reason for a freeze exception.

What we can still do is fix important-or-higher bugs, by the unblock 
request process at https://release.debian.org/jessie/freeze_policy.html.
