[pkg-fgfs-crew] flightgear 3.4 packaging

simgear/flightgear build and work in Ubuntu (though you might want to 
get rid of flightgear-dbg's pointless, and nonfunctional due to a typo, 
Pre-Depends: line).

flightgear-data needs at least the two references to the 
no-longer-existing Textures.high removing from d/rules.  It also has 
minified JavaScript without corresponding unminified source in 
webgui/3rdparty, which is a policy violation; the recommended fix is to 
download the missing source and put it in a debian/missing-sources 
directory.  (Note that trying to use the libjs-jquery package instead is 
not recommended as it's the wrong version.)

fgrun can stay at 3.2 if you're pressed for time, as almost nothing has 
actually been done to it since, but it would be better to at least fix 
the minimum simgear version in the dependency.
