[pkg-fgfs-crew] flightgear 3.4 packaging

Tested the new flightgear-data webgui: it doesn't find jquery because it 
uses the file name jquery-1.11.1.min.js and the system one is called 
jquery.min.js.  The map mostly works anyway, but the radio stack doesn't.

(webgui/examples/FGPanel-Sample.html would appear to be abandoned, as it 
won't work for other reasons.)
