I have now tested the fixed webgui: it works.

For the SenecaII fixes, the upstream response is

The landing lights (#760083, switches on the far left) were done in a 
different way, and only work with View > Rendering options set to high 
quality and Atmospheric light scattering enabled.

#760082 was always a matter of opinion and #760081 a feature that is 
non-standard on the real aircraft.
