According to Torsten Dreyer's answer on flightgear-devel, it currently
looks like they will simply skip 3.6.

Based on that, I decided to upload a corrected 3.4 to unstable, so we'll
eventually have a working version in testing, again.

Due to the SONAME change for simgear, that one needs to pass the NEW
queue. But that shouldn't take ages, given it's just a SONAME change for
gcc5.

Big thanks to Rebecca for doing the actual work of renaming simgear.
