[pkg-fgfs-crew] Preparing for flightgear 3.6

It appears likely that 3.6 will be released soon, but as Ubuntu freeze
has already passed, there is no hurry.

Relevant developments elsewhere in Debian:
-arch:all packages are now auto-built, so flightgear-data uploads no
longer need to include the (huge) binaries:
https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2015/08/msg00007.html
-A recent d-devel discussion pointed out that allowing the use of
upstream-provided minified JavaScript (if the unminified source is
included but not used) is inconsistent with the normal treatment of
non-source formats; this may be changed to require actually using the
source (either minifying it in the build, or just using the non-minified
version).

798412 - as noted there, probably fixed upstream

JavaScript dependencies of fgdata Phi (I have _not_ tested whether it
actually works with the Debian versions):
> flot - already replaced
> jquery - already replaced
> jquery-ui-themes-1.11.2 - lots of libjs-jquery-ui-theme-* (appears to be user-selectable, so does use them all)
> knockout - not in Debian
> knockout-jqueryui - *maybe* libjs-jquery-ui
> leaflet-0.7.3 - already replaced
> pagedown - not in Debian
> require - libjs-requirejs + libjs-requirejs-text
> sprintf - already in missing-sources (needs lintian override, #787592)
> sammy-latest.min.js - not in Debian
