[pkg-fgfs-crew] Bug#857062: flightgear: man page terrasync(1) exists but no binary found

While playing around flightgear, I found that the Debian package didn't ship 
terrasync binary. However, the package ships terrasync(1) man page. This does 
not make sense and I couldn't enable terrasync function in the game now.

Perhaps we should add terrasync binary back into this packages.
