We could upload anything that is suitable for release (that is, to our
best knowledge is ready to go into Sarge and be part of the release).

It can be tomorrow evening too, if the quality would be at loose
because of the short deadline.  The package won't get into testing
before 2 days counting from the moment it effectively hit the archive
(which should happen in about an hour - 9pm Daniel's local time).
