[Pkg-firebird-general] Bug#262341: Inaccurate /usr/share/doc/firebird-server-common/README.gz

The /usr/share/doc/firebird-server-common/README.gz file came from the upstream
distribution unmodified, and it doesn't reflect adjustments made to fit Firebird
into Debian GNU/Linux system.  Namely, most of the shell code in TROUBLESHOOTING
section won't work, because paths to the server and examples stuff are
different, and also because firebird-examples and firebird-utils packages may be
missing in the server installation.
