[Pkg-firebird-general] Bug#271761: firebird2-examples installs files in wrong directory, w/wrong permissions

Version: 1.5.1-2

firebird2-examples installs files into /var/lib/firebird2/examples.
According to the Firebird QuickStart
(<http://firebird.sf.net/pdfmanual/Firebird-1.5-QuickStart.pdf>), they
should go in <InstallDir>/examples. The rest of the firebird2 packages
seem to use /usr/lib/firebird2 as <InstallDir>.

Also, the files it installs are unreadable by most users:

$ ls /var/lib/firebird2/examples
[...]
-rw-r-----  1 firebird firebird    2498 Aug  7 08:03 stat3.e
