[Pkg-firebird-general] New upstream (1.5.2/2.0)

Hi,

As you may already know, firebird2 has a grave bug (#317314) because
fails to build with gcc4.

I've tried to build 1.5.2 with gcc4, but there are some errors in
gpre-preprocessed (epp) files, that are not so obvious how to fix. So
I've decided to try with 2.0.0alpha3, which is the last (pre-)release of
2.0 and is more gcc4-friendly.

My concern, however, is that 2.0.0alpha3 is, uh, alpha and may be not so
suitable for production. On the other hand, unstable is such for a reason.

So, what do you think? Should I try to make 1.5.2 compile with gcc4
somehow or take the easy path with alpha3?

Former choise is harder for me since I am not a C/C++ hacker.

Best wishes,
dam
