[Pkg-firebird-general] New upstream (1.5.2/2.0)

Hi,

I tried to build firebird 1.5.2 with gcc 3.4 some time ago and that
worked.

If I interpret this correct:

You should be able to get away with that. 3.4 and 4.0 have the same abi
version. Maybe somebody can conform that. In other words, I tested a
succesfull compile of version 1.5.2 (but 1.5.1 won't compile with gcc
3.4).

I think that maybe your easy way out.
