[pkg-firebird-general] Bug#310609: #310609: libfirebird2-super: firebird.msg is missing

After some thought, I see that the proper solution is either:

1) libfb{client,embed} to depend on firebird2-server-common
or
2) split firebird.msg in another package and make libfb{client,embed}
depend on it.

1) brings default security database in client-only installations and
thus wastes some space (about 2M)
2) is sort of overkill, because creating new package for single 130k
file is ... overkil?

So I am uncertain. Perhaps some other files can go in the new package -
firebird.conf and aliases.conf look like a good candidates. Also the log
file (+purging).

I am uncertain also where to put help database.

All insights welcome.
