Hi, Francesco,

First, many thanks for your sponsoring of firebird2 packages. You've
always been quite responsive. Thanks. (And I really need to say this
more often. Your support is very valuable to me).

Lately I've completed packaging of flamerobin - a GUI tool for
managing firebird databases and I was wondering if you'd be interested
in sponsoring it also? I ask you first and not -mentors, since
flamerobin is related to firebird.

Flamerobin is licensed under Expat license, with parts of it under
LPGL and another part under modified Expat (all documented in
debian/copyright). It is stable anv very useful. Besides, there
currently is no other GUI (not web-based) tool for manipulatin
firebird in Debian. So I think it is a valuable addition. I use it
daily and have a good connection with upstream authors. In fact, they
changed their licenses because of my whining :)

Source/binary packages are in [1]. Linda/lintian clean, policy 3.7.2,
builds in a sid pbuilder.

If you consider this for uploading, there are a couple of caveats to
look for:
  - don't forget to use "-sa" to get the source also uploaded, since
the current revision is > 1
  - use "-v0.7.2-2" to get the ITP bug[2] auto-closed (via -3).
  - You're not (yet) in Uploaders:. please add yourself there if you
want to update the changelog for whatever reason.

P.S. Flamerobin builds for a couple of minutes. No 40min. insane
builds that firebird2 is used to :)
