(but translations are still useful)

Hi, Christian,
Dear translators,
This is a short explanation that I feel is due, because the current
situation with firebird2's debconf translations seems confusing.
The truth is that no version of firebird2 that uses debconf was ever
uploaded. I did implement it, but since this was my first steps with
debconf and the freeze was knocking on the door, packages weren't
uploaded. Meanwhile, work was started on next generation of firebird
packages, making possible two branches of firebird to be installed.
These are currently waiting in NEW (to enter experimental).
So, technically, firebird2 didn't need the translations. However, they
are still useful for the next generation of the packages. My intention
was to reassign the wish-list bugs to the new packages, but since
they're still in NEW, this did not happen.
I guess there is no need to reopen the bugs now, I just wanted to inform
you all that no work was lost.
