[pkg-firebird-general] Lock Manager out of Room

I am running out of ideas :( I can't imagine how the Debian package
would be different from a RedHat one. Sure, lot of things change when
you change the OS, but...

Does fb_lock_print give any clues?

Is it possible that "something" is overloading firebird? (I don't know
how to achieve such an "overload", but still)
